There are many ways to help make incremental changes, so we've settled on some principles over time so we can hone in on key areas. Note, our opinions change with new information, so just as moving towards zero waste is a journey, so is our understanding of where we can make a change, and what the next principled steps are. At the Circularity Store, we want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the return process. To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags still attached.

If the item is damaged or defective, we will provide a refund or replacement as long as the claim is made within 5 days of receiving the item.

Please note that you (our customer) are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. The cost of return will be refunded to you in case of damaged or defective products.

If you need to return an item, please contact us and we will provide you with the correct return address. Once the item is received by the supplier in good condition, a refund will be issued to the customer.
