At the Circularity Store, we want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the return process. To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags still attached.

If the item is damaged or defective, we will provide a refund or replacement as long as the claim is made within 5 days of receiving the item.
